With over 22 years of distinguished service in the financial sector, Adam Saward’s appointment as Managing Director of EC Markets UK marks a strategic decision to bolster the company’s standing in the market. His extensive experience and leadership across multiple facets of the industry are a testament to his expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Adam Saward has worked within the financial industry for over 22 years, starting at HSBC and moving up the ranks at Etrade during their most successful years in the UK.  He was then selected to establish an execution trading desk at Penson Financial where he was exposed to the world of Prime Brokerage.  After 4 years, Adam moved to Linear and built their PB offering but then had the unique opportunity to partner with ex Nomura and JP Morgan talent to build and co-own PrimeXtend, a Prime Broker and Execution provider trading under Panmure Gordon.

A return to retail presented itself through Tradeview Markets where Adam took on the task of founding their UK division, and Infinox was next. Here Adam designed and built their bespoke trading platform for them, along with managing the build of their proprietary copy trading app and helping develop their worked order trading desk.

Now with the recent approval of the FCA, Adam has been appointed Managing Director of EC Markets UK and he is relishing the challenge:
